Hi Friend,

I don't know about you, but all I want to do is light candles, wear cozy slippers, and knit. It's that time of year when I pull in and give myself a little extra tender loving care.

This year of COVID, that feels like a decade, continues to drag on with its endless sameness, the ever-present feeling of danger, and the requirements to avoid closeness with people we love.

What a trio of self-care destruction!

Not only that, as home educators, it's easy to become so duty-bound that we forget to take time for ourselves.

I want to remedy that!

Our next series is all about the pause: how to ensure that you're getting the rest and nurturing you need to be your best self for your family. Okay—you don't have to be your best self. How about a less stressed self? There, that feels better already, doesn't it?
